Finance Manager

Quinco Holdings p.l.c. is seeking to recruit a motivated and commercially driven Finance Manager to support one of its subsidiaries operating within the FMCG sector.

This role reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute strategically to business performance, financial leadership, and sustainable growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. 
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports. 
• Monitor business performance, cost control, cash flow, and profitability. 
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies. 
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required. 
• Drive continuous improvement within finance processes and reporting systems. 
• Partner with operational management to support business growth and efficiency initiatives. 

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance management role.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and professional integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Experience within the FMCG sector will be considered an asset.
