Finance Manager

Our client, a leading Operations company is looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team. 

Main responsibilities :  

• Record and post journal entries.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory, payroll, and billing.
• Execute month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare management accounts.
• Calculate and submit quarterly VAT returns.
• Assist with annual financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Communicate with banks on financial matters.
• Develop and update finance-related procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Identify and propose improvements to financial processes.
• Assist in providing monthly reports as requested by the CFO.
• Support the CFO in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CFO.

• 3 years of experience in a similar role are required
• Experience with Shireburn Financial Manager will be considered an asset

• In the final stages of obtaining an ACCA qualification or equivalent
