Finance Manager

Our client, an IT start-up company, based in Malta and expanding internationally, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for the person to grow their accounting experience and level up in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Credit payments, interact with supplier finance team
• Manage Debt Collection, interact with customer finance teams
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Perform monthly accounting reconciliations including bank reconciliations
• Manage all bank related matters and due diligence.
• Prepare the Management Accounts for the business
• Manage Company cashflow
• VAT computations and the timely submission of VAT returns
• Support audit process and compilation of Financial Statements and Company Tax Return
• Oversee and assist (as necessary) in office administration work (ex. Filing, office supplies, activities)

• In process of pursuing a Degree in Accounting or fully qualified in Accounts
