Finance Executive (Receivables)

Blue Window Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

To be responsible for the Accounts Receivable area within the Finance department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extracting monthly affiliate revenues
• Liaising with partners in obtaining revenues for the internal brands
• Sending monthly sales invoices and periodic statements to the customers
• Establish relationships with the partners
• Follow up on customer’s queries
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Assist the sales team in withdrawing monthly cashouts from our partners
• Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collection of funds
• Maintain and update weekly accounts receivables report
• Liaise with sales team on slow-paying partners
• Posting of bank transactions
• Assist in the monthly closing process
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in Credit control is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel will be considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
