A&Co Group in Malta is currently seeking to employ a Finance Executive (Part-Time) for one of their companies.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day inputting of invoices
- Perform Bank reconciliations
- Supplier reconciliations
- Preparation of the quarterly VAT returns and VAT payments
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Issuing of payments to suppliers
- Liaise with auditors during the audit
- Prepare and monitor cashflow on a regular basis
- Other ad-hoc reporting of a financial nature as requested by management.
Required Skills, Qualifications, & Experience:
- The candidate would need to be in the final stages of acquiring an accountancy degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Must be able to work both on own initiative and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 2 years or more work experience in a similar position or experience within an audit practice will be considered an asset, however on the job training will be provided
