Finance Executive

Our client within the Industrial Goods and Services is looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team. 

Responsibilities; 

• Posting and preparing of invoices and payments
• Bank reconciliations 
• Handle cash and bank transactions 
• Support in the audit process and preparation 
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Debtor Chasing  
• Handle financial data and provide insight to the accounting team
• Support in the day to day duties 

• Minimum of 2 years of local working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
• Written and verbal knowledge in English and Maltese
• Ability to work under pressure

• A'level in Accountancy
