Finance Clerk (Part-time 20 hours)

Our client, in the Property Management sector, is looking to hire an Accounts Clerk position on a part-time basis to support the CFO in the daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, process, and post sales invoices.
• Reconcile sales transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Verify and record customer payments, ensuring timely allocation to invoices.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to support cash flow.
• Assist with sales-related financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales revenue and related financial data.
• Support the finance team with sales ledger reconciliations.

• 1 year of local working experience in an accounting environment - hospitality is an asset.
• Good understanding of fundamental accounting principles, particularly invoicing, payment processing, and ledger maintenance related to sales.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a high level of competency - Xero would be an asset.
