Job Description

Our client, operating within the marine and legal industry, is seeking to recruit a Finance Clerk to join their shipping registration team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Issuing of bills in a timely manner
Debtor chasing
Liaising with clients in relation to invoice queries
Carrying out administrative duties such as filing and archiving
Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role
Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written in both English and Maltese
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent team player

Education and Experience

A minimum A level of education is required
