Finance Assistant

Our client, operating in the aviation industry, is looking for a Finance Assistant to work within their finance team. The chosen candidate will have the following responsibilities: 

• Posting and issuing of invoices
• Handling and processing of payments
• Bank reconciliations 
• Posting bank transactions 
• Liaising with suppliers 
• Assisting the team with the preparation of management accounts

• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Maltese

• Partly qualified accountant
