Finance Assistant

Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to work within their aviation company.

Responsibilities:

• Posting and issuing of invoices
• Handling and processing of payments
• Bank reconciliations 
• Posting bank transactions 
• Liaising with suppliers 
• Assisting the team with the preparation of management accounts

• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Maltese

• A'Level in Accounts or beginning stages of ACCA

• Health Insurance
