Assistant to the Financial Controller

Our client an expert in the FMCG Industry are looking for an Assistant to the Financial Controller to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Cash flow management
•  Applying quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Validating and Approving suppliers’ invoices for Payment
•  Taking control over Bookkeeping of the Group of Companies
•  Assisting in submission of Tax, Compliance and other Returns
• Supporting in the preparation of monthly budget and yearly forecast
• Review and Management of Agreements with Service Providers
• Preparing for company audit reviews
•  Liaising with external stakeholders.

• At least 3-4 years experience in accounts
• Able to work within a team and meet deadline
• Fluent in the Maltese and English language

• ACCA qualified or in the process of completing the course
