Assistant to the Financial Controller

Our client within the construction industry is looking for an Assistant to the Financial Controller to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and finalising accounts of several companies
• Responsible to prepare the management accounts 
• Involved in the cash flow and source of funds
• Involved in the budgets and forecasts
• Reviewing the work of the accounts clerks
• Present financial data to the CFO for risk assessment and decision making purposes
• Prepare documentation for bank purposes 
• Assist the Financial Controller in other ad-hoc duties

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication in the Maltese language

• Fully qualified or in the last stages of ACCA or University Degree

• Mobile allowance
