We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This role involves processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing outstanding accounts to maintain accurate financial records

Key Responsibilities:

This role supports a strong control and compliance environment and includes the following duties:

• Timely billing of all debtors to ensure accurate financial records.

• Preparation of Group Billing and Commission Workings.

• Billing of functions and events.

• Monitoring and following up on open Paymaster accounts.

• Posting and allocating received payments promptly and accurately.

• Sending monthly debtor statements and proactively reaching out to clients for outstanding payments.

• Reviewing short-paid invoices and credit balances to take necessary action.

• Handling queries from guests, travel agents, and debtors efficiently and professionally.

• Supporting month-end processes within the finance team.

• Assisting with additional finance-related tasks as needed to support smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Effective communication skills, both internally and with external clients.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
