Accounts & Payroll Clerk (Reduced Hours)

Archi+ Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts & Payroll Clerk to join their team on reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciliation of accounts and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of an A-level qualification in accounts or a related field
• Proven experience or strong academic background in handling payroll and accounts responsibilities
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
