Accounts Officer

Our client an International Pharmaceutical leader is looking for 2 accounts officers to join their small team in Malta. 

Responsibilities:

• Handling posting of invoices, expense reports and receipts
• Supporting in general bookkeeping duties
• Preparing regular intercompany reconciliations
• Maintaining mutual e-mail boxes
• Posting general ledgers
• Reconciliations
• VAT reports
• Financial reports
• Other ad hoc accounting tasks

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role
• Experience in using SAP software will be considered an asset
• Be fluent in English

• Possess an A’ level standard in Accounting
