Accounts Officer

Our client, within the manufacturing industry, is looking to recruit an Accounts Officer to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities: 

• Processing of invoices
• Bank reconciliations and petty cash 
• Compilation and submission of VAT returns 
• Preparation of deposits and bank payments 
• Assisting in payroll calculations when needed whilst also keeping up to date with the timesheet 
• Assisting in the preparation of financial documents 
• Debtor chasing 
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager
