Our Client an international CSP is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive ( South of Malta) as a new addition to their team
Duties:
- Keeping the books of account of companies of international clients up to Trial Balance stage
- Preparing bank reconciliation
- Preparing and filing VAT returns
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and other reports
- Preparing payments instructions to pay suppliers on behalf of the clients’ companies
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, shareholders, advisors and other interested parties
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Other day to day tasks required
- Minimum of 1 year of local accounting experience. Experience in a client accounting role would be considered as an asset.
- An effective team player who is flexible, works out of own initiative and has strong communication skills
- 'A' level in Accountancy or initial stages of ACCA
