Accounts Executive (South of Malta)

A major player in the Maltese Construction and Infrastructure industry is looking to appoint an Accounts Executive . The position calls for a reliable and trustworthy person, who is meticulous and well organised.

Responsibilities:

• Raising and issuing sales invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
• Issuing receipts
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Update account status and database regularly
• Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
• Ancillary duties that may arise

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Sage or Dakar will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication and people skills

• Accounts A’level or AAT Diploma or in the early stages of ACCA
