Accounts Executive

Our client, specialising in natural surfaces market, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including transactions, reconciliations, journals, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger integrity, and audit documentation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance reporting.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost allocations to support business performance.
• Implement and maintain financial controls, compliance processes, and supplier governance.
• Oversee invoicing, receivables, and collections to support effective cash flow management.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support management and Board decision-making.
• Support HR administration through employee record maintenance, HR documentation, and accurate data entry into HR and payroll systems.
• Work closely with management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department and support key business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel

Education and Experience

• ACCA qualified or actively pursuing ACCA qualification, or hold an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
