Accounts Executive

Our client within the Hospitality Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure all regulatory and statutory reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Oversee the intercompany process, ensuring invoices are accurately issued in accordance with Group policy and any discrepancies are resolved within the designated timeframe.
• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow, by delegating tasks efficiently and ensuring seamless team operations.
• Contribute to month-end and audit processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with deadlines.
• Provide support to the finance and management team as needed.
• Maintain strong internal controls, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Assist the Director of Finance in preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets.

• Proficient in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
