Accounts Executive
Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Handling accounts payables and receivables
- Debtor chasing
- Supporting in time and attendance in terms of payroll
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
- Handling accruals and prepayments
- Supporting in the day to day running of the department
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of local experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
- Previous experience in Zoho or Xero accounting software will be considered an asset
- Ideally actively studying ACCA or equivalent
- Flexible working hours
