Responsibilities:
Review supplier invoices to ensure alignment with contracted price lists and operational data.
Identify and resolve discrepancies found during invoice verification processes.
Follow up with suppliers to obtain overdue flight operations invoices.
Generate and distribute sales invoices accurately and promptly.
Handle additional tasks as needed to support the efficient functioning of the company.
Maintain accurate and organized records of expenses, invoices, and related documents.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Ability to work in a team
Motivated and willing to learn
Education and Experience
At least 1 year of experience with office administration background or in a similar role.
Advance Excel knowledge.
