Accounts Executive

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Executive with one of our clients:

Responsibilities: 

• Accounting up to trial balance stage
• Posting invoices
• Revision of Accounts Receivable
• Processing Accounts Payable
• Reconciling monthly accruals and prepayments
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting in payroll
• Assisting in Management Accounts preparation
• Liaising with stakeholders
• Organization of internal events

• Minimum of two years experience in an accounting position
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Knowledge of Shireburn Financial software is an asset

• Final stages of ACCA or an Accounting Degree

• Health insurance
