Our client, operating within the retail industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their Finance team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing daily financial transactions
- Processing of invoices and debtor chasing
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Ensure financial records are organized and regularly up to date and properly documented
- Processing of payments
- Liaising with various stakeholders as may be required
- Supporting with audits
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent intrapersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and multi task
- Highly meticulous and organized
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hold an A level in Accounts or AAT qualification
