Accounts Executive

A leading local business operating in the Hospitality, Catering and Healthcare industry is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Compiling data and reports pertaining to the cost of materials and cost of payroll within the group companies
- Querying any anomalies in data and liaising with internal operations teams accordingly
- Reviewing and finalizing monthly payroll computations
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts through standard reports, journal entries and inter-company recharges
- Compiling reports that may be requested by management related to the investigation of cost variances against budgets
- Liaising with auditors during annual financial audits
- Assisting with compliance and statutory filings and submissions, including FSS, VAT and NSO
- Other ad hoc duties as required from time-time
- Previous local experience in a similar role
- A thorough understanding of the local payroll framework
- Experience in the hospitality or catering industry will be considered an asset
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- O'level, A'level in Accounts or AAT
