Accounts Executive

Our client a banking industry based in Msida, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining of accurate accounting records on the Finance Systems
• Preparing of timely accounting reports
• Analysing the accuracy of key data and expenditure reports.
• Processing and improving in an efficient manner the management of the payment cycle activities
• Reconciling bank statements
• Identifying opportunities for process and performance improvement
• Contributing to robust controls culture across the team
• Executing of ad hoc activities as required by Senior Management

• Experience in a Finance / Accounts role (2 years)
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience in using financial software / accounting packages
• Proficient MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Robust time management skills
• able to work under pressure

• Qualification in finance or accounting - Partly qualified
