Accounts Executive

One of our clients, involved in various areas such as vehicle leasing, vehicle maintenance and property investments is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their Finance team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Preparing cash flow report
• Daily cash and bank reconciliations
• Inputting of purchases and invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Processing payments to local and foreign suppliers
• Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns
• Exchanging of payments and set offs
• Preparation of balance sheet and income statement for small subsidiary companies
• Other general duties that may be required by management from time to time

• Minimum three years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Team player with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English and Maltese

• Minimum A level in Accounts/AAT Diploma is required. Candidates currently studying ACCA will be given preference
