Valletta Freight Services (Shipping) Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job description:
- Inputting of invoices and related payments;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Submissions of the vat return online;
- Fs7 submission online;
- Credit control;
- Filing.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting office;
- It is imperative that the candidate is computer literate especially with Microsoft office applications – Sage line 50 accounting package - Shireburn freight system and Shireburn accounting software;
- The selected candidate should have a basic knowledge of how the payroll system works ( i.e tax and national insurance calculations);
- Submissions of periodical vat returns and fs7 online would be of great advantage through the id web portal.
*Salary is negotiable according to candidate experience.
