Accounts Clerk (Part time)

A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounts Clerk to join their team. This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic environment while maintaining a part-time schedule during office hours. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
• Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, for financial documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

• Proven experience in an accounting role is required for this role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software

• Minimum of O-level standard of education
