Accounts Clerk - Gozo
Our client based in Gozo is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase and sales invoices, issue receipts, and reconcile bank transactions.
- Maintain customer records, prepare statements, and follow up on payments.
- Assist in VAT returns, audits, and end-of-year financial procedures.
- Handle payroll preparation and general clerical documentation.
- Conduct stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collect and process various payment methods while maintaining accurate records.
- Reconcile cash float with system-generated reports.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Able to work in a team
- A level in Accounts
