Accounts Clerk

We are seeking to recruit an accounts clerk.

Duties include:

• Journey ledgers,

• Bank Reconciliation,

• Collect timesheets to prepare wages.

• Issuing Invoices,

• Chasing Debtors,

• Issuing Statements,

• Issuing POs and matching with invoice

• Draft sales agreements.

• Follow-up payments.

• Collect unsettled accounts

• Enter and lay out documents. Forward and file documents

• Enter data for general accounts. Register entries

• Monitor the organization's budget through bank reconciliations, auditing overhead and invoices...

• Sort, distribute, prepay, and register correspondence. Handle emails

• Manage stock; record shortages, and place orders

• Collect data concerning activities of personnel. Prepare wage calculations.

• Code, file and archive documents

• Answer phone calls, receive customers, inform or orient customers

• Collect information about activities of the organization or department. Forward or archive

• documentation

• Fill tax returns (VAT, annual declaration of social data...)

• Administer/follow up on the project financially (labour contracts/work-related accidents)

• declaration/absences/cost accounts...)

Requirements:

• Previous Experience in a similar Role

• MS Office proficient

• Basic accounting knowledge will be considered an asset

• O-Level in Maths and Accounts
