Accounts Clerk

Studio Moda Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy
• Enter invoices promptly and accurately into the accounting system
• Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external suppliers
• Perform regular reconciliations of supplier accounts and bank statements
• Assist the Accounts team and Auditors with quarterly VAT returns and annual audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACCA Entry Level or equivalent qualifican (or experience in a similar role for bookeeping)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Maltese is an asset)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with SAGE or similar accounting software is an advantage.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in accounting or a related role.
