Paradise Bay Hotel Limited in Malta is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join the Finance team.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Support accounts department with daily inputting tasks such posting of invoices, payments and updating of various reports
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Filing and maintenance of general office paperwork
• Assisting with inquiries from suppliers and other departments
• Any other duties which may be required from time to time
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
• Strong organisational skills
• Team player
Education and Experience
• An O level standard of education is required
