Accounts Clerk

A vacancy has arisen for the post of Accounts Clerk within Quintano Foods Ltd. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the selected candidate will be mainly required to provide the most efficient, reliable and timely service in support to the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilites:

• Post any stock adjustments and journals to appropriate ledgers;

• Carry out Accounts Receivables reconciliations;

• Carry out bank reconciliations and other nominal reconciliations;

• Handling of Petty Cash;

• Cashing in client payments;

• Liaising with the logistics department to carry out weekly cycle counts;

• Carry out truck reconciliations.

The selected candidate will:

• Have at least an ‘O’ level qualification in accounts;

• Have good communication and organizational skills;

• Be ICT literate;

• Be ready to work flexibly in a team.

Experience would be considered an asset.
