Our client, operating in the marine industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Posting of sales and purchases in the respective ledgers
Carrying our general bookkeeping duties
Posting and reconciling of bank receipts and payments
Assisting with payroll and the necessary processing of payment
Executing control procedures
Any other duty which may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
Possess excellent intrapersonal skills and able to meet tight deadlines
Education & Experience
In the early stages of ACCA or in possession of an AAT diploma
