Our client is a group of companies offering an array of reliable and quality building services and products to residential and commercial clients throughout Malta.

Due to the continued expansion of the Accounts team, an Accounts Clerk is required to join the department on a full-time basis in order to provide administrative support and undertake the following:
  • Record transactions such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, payments and receipts into the Company’s Accounting system
  • Prepare payroll data and perform the necessary checks on timesheets
  • Prepare bank deposits and general ledger postings
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the department.

Individuals will:
  • Be proficient with commonly used accounting software packages including spreadsheets
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
  • Be detail orientated with good accuracy and administrative skills
  • Have excellent organisation skills.
