Our client, a leading CSP is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their growing Finance team. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Approving and reviewing of AP invoices
- Reconciling and preparing bank, cash, credit card and POS reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing online payments for approval
- Assisting with the management accounts and other monthly reports
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time
Requirements:
- A minimum A level in accounting
- Previous experience in a similar position within Financial Services
- Proficiency in ERP software will be considered an asset whilst proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a must
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
