Our client on the Real Estate Industry, is looking to recruit an Accoutns and Administration Officer to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of invoices.
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Posting of property sales and deposits
  • Bank and suppliers reconciliations
  • Organising documents which includes scanning and filing 
  • Preparation of KYC documents
  • Real Estate administration
  • Ad hoc assistance to management
Requirements
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Able to work on their own initiative
Education and Experience
  • Diploma level of Accounts or equivalent
