Accounts Administrator

Our client, a corporate services provider is seeking to recruit an Accounting Administrator to join the accounting team. Candidates need to have a keen interest interest and basic understanding of Accounting, Corporate and Banking matters.

Duties include: 

• Client bookkeeping and general accounting services
• Liaising with clients and handling various requests in a timely manner
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts or accountancy files for audit
• Supporting the Accounting Team with various day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assisting with the ongoing administration of the bank accounts including liaising with the banks and clients on transactions
• Managing and preparing the necessary documentation to comply with statutory, legal, corporate, secretarial,and administrative procedures
• Organizing physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed
• Undertaking other duties from time to time as may be agreed with the Head of Accounting / Directors.

Requirements

• Should be in the initial stages of ACCA or in possession of a diploma level of education in a field related with the financial services industry.
• One-year work experience within a financial services environment
• Able to work in a team
• Be proactive, reliable and highly organised.
• Excellent communications skills in English
