We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Clerk to support our agency's daily administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, organizing important documents in physical and electronic files, and providing general administrative support. Basic proficiency in Excel is essential for managing spreadsheets and performing routine data entry.

  • Document Filing: Organize and maintain accurate records of financial documents, contracts, and other important office paperwork, both in physical files and electronic filing systems.
  • Data Entry: Input and update information in spreadsheets and accounting software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excel Management: Use basic Excel functions to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets for tracking expenses, client information, and general administrative data.
  • Accounts Assistance: Support the accounts department with daily tasks such as invoicing, receipts, payroll. 
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and editing financial reports, invoices, and correspondence as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic accounting procedures is a plus.
