Accountant

Our client in the Transportation and Logistics Industry is looking to recruit an Accountant to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handling and overseeing daily accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records
• Handling duties up to management accounts
• Ensuring adherence to finance guidelines and maintain robust internal control
• Supporting and assisting the junior accounts clerks with carrying out their duties 
• Other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role locally
• Proficiency in IFRS and VAT legislation

• Fully qualified accountant or in final stages of ACCA

• Health insurance after probation
