Accountant

A prominent company in the Building and Engineering Services Industry, specializing in mechanical and electrical contracting, industrial products, and facilities management amongst others is seeking a motivated and experienced Accountant to join their growing finance team

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting workings

• Perform internal control processes to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results

• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and related supporting documentation

• Perform quarterly VAT return preparation

• Preparing project performance analysis

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures

• Support management in ad hoc requests and reporting

• Previous local experience up to the preparation of management accounts
• Fluency with MS Office applications
• Have an eye for detail and analytical skills

• Fully-qualified or in the last stages of ACCA
