Accountant

Our client, a leading law firm in Malta, is looking to recruit an Accountant . The selected candidate will be dealing with both internal and external 

Internal Accounting : 

•  Financial management for the accounts departments of the firm and its subsidiaries;
•  Producing monthly management accounts and annual financial accounts for each of the Firm and its subsidiaries
• Pay-roll management;
• Filing of any Income Tax and VAT returns for the Firm and its subsidiaries; and
•  Coordinating annual audit processes for the Firm and its subsidiaries.

Client Accounting : 

•  Carrying out book-keeping services for clients of the firm’s licensed company service provider company;
•  Preparing clients’ quarterly and annual accounts;
•  Coordinating audit processes for clients' annual accounts;
•  Managing pay-roll for clients;
• Preparing coordinating and filing of Income Tax and VAT returns for clients;

• Flexibility and proactivity are highly valued

• Fully qualified accountant - ACCA or equivalent
