Accountant

Our Client a well-established local CSP is seeking to recruit an Accountant to join their Accounting Team and take care of the accounting requirements of a portfolio of clients. These responsibilities include primarily the following:

• Assisting with the book-keeping of client entities and preparation of financial statements;
• Assisting with the preparation of the dividend warrants and assistance with the refund process;
• Acting as relationship person with the clients;
• Keeping abreast of the accounting and regulatory developments taking place locally;
• Drafting accounting policies and procedures where necessary;
• Coordination with and liaising with Authorities, auditors and other third parties in Malta;
• Determining and timely managing matters of top priority and handling such matters accordingly; and
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the directors and Head of Accounting Team.
