In-house Maltese Translator (Maltese speaking)

GTS Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit In-house Maltese Translators to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:
We are looking for graduate Maltese mother tongue translators with advanced knowledge in English (and possibly other foreign languages) to join our team of international translators.

Requirements:

• University degree in translation or languages
• Mother tongue knowledge of the Maltese Language
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proven experience in translations into Maltese is considered an asset
• Sound knowledge of other source languages (French/German/Italian/Spanish)
• Certificate in Maltese proofreading is considered an asset
• Ability to work in a team and with tight deadlines
• Good command of office applications and translation tools.

The selected candidate(s) will be expected to work from our offices in Valletta.
Adequate linguistic and technical training will be provided following an aptitude test.
