Outbound Agent - Danish Speaking
Are you a problem solver, excellent communicator, and a people person? If so, we are looking for you to join our new customer service team based in E2 hub.
About the JobYou will be a part of a seamless Customer Service function, working to achieve our goal to providing the best customer experience. You are someone who is motivated in a targeted environment and has proven experience of delivering the highest off customer satisfaction.
For this role, you must be fluent in both English and Danish.
A taster of what you will be involved with- Work towards the set targets and KPI's on a daily basis
- Perform outbound calls to different segments of existing customers with an aim to build and develop strong customer interactions and help assist any needs, with a specific focus on AML and RG queries.
- Ability to work independently and complete your daily tasks but also in a team
- Feel confident and comfortable speaking to clients on the phone when handling a number of different queries and outbound calls
- Interact with customers in both Danish and English, written and verbal.
- Answer potential customer questions that may arise and follow up calls if necessary
- Understand customer needs and offer solution and support

What we are looking for
- Excellent communication written and verbal in both Danish and English
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
- Excellent at Multi-tasking and time management
- It would be extra awesome if you have experience with iGaming experience
