Our client is looking for a Technical Support Executive to join their team. They are looking for someone with the ability to manage and prioritize changing workloads in a fast paced and challenging technical environment. Ideally this person should also have the capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies. 


Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing second line support to End Users within an established IT Security Services framework
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with Group’s security policies
  • Updating documentation and procedures
  • Identity Access Management to the Group’s Active Directories and other application systems for joiners, leavers and movers
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Technical Support assistance would be considered an asset but is not required.
  • Self-motivated to work under general supervision.
  • Adherence to high standards of ethics and personal integrity, initiative, and respect for others
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Maltese
  • Spanish is not a must but would be considered an asset.
Education & Experience
  • MQF Level 5 Diploma in IT Computer Systems and Network or a B.Sc. degree in Computer Studies and an ECDL Qualification.
  • Any industry related Certifications; such as those from ISACA, and past experience are considered an asset
  • Candidates that are currently studying will also be considered

€18,000 to €20,000 / year
