Junior Technical Support
Our client, operting in the IT industry, is looking for a motivated and committed Junior Technical Support to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams facing functionality issues.
- Assist Sales teams, resellers, distributors, and research analysts with technical inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues.
- Monitor system usage and IT-related concerns, generating reports accordingly.
- Prepare and present weekly reports.
- Develop detailed technical project descriptions.
- Conduct functionality testing based on a predefined schedule.
- Document and track technical support interventions using an established ticketing system.
- Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
- Customer-focused team player with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- ECDL certification. is a plus
- Proficiency in GA4 is considered an advantage
- Diploma in IT
