Ensuring effective and timely resolution of IT issues, guided by department superiors.
Managing and configuring user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Assisting in the implementation and improvement of IT policies, procedures, and documentation
Participating in system upgrades, rollouts, and hardware/software deployment projects.
Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential issues.
Supporting end-users by troubleshooting technical issues both remotely and onsite.
Liaising with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
Staying up to date with emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Good understanding of networking, including subnetting, TCP/IP, and VLANs
Experienced with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Data Directory
Basic knowledge of VMware and how virtualization works
Fluency in Maltese language
Education and Experience
Minimum MQF Level 4 related to IT
2 years’ experience in an IT administration and support role
