Role Overview
As the IT Second Line Support, you will be an integral part of the ICT & Infrastructure team. Collaborating with team members, you will focus on supporting multiple companies with low to medium complexity. Working closely with engineers, this role offers an opportunity to contribute productively and expand your knowledge by collaborating with experienced colleagues. The role requires a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues and configuring systems, ensuring you have the expertise to manage a variety of technical environments.

Technical Test: Candidates will undergo a hands-on technical test. This will involve setting up and configuring the components that they are knowledgeable about from the following list:
Based on the result from this test, the candidate will be considered for 1st Tier Support, 2nd Tier Support or Engineer roles respectively.
